Steve was born in Margate, Kent on 16th April 1970. Coming from a very musical family, his father a professional pianist, brother an accomplished violinist and his mum and aunt both singers in various choral groups. Music was always in Steve’s family “I recall us always being around the piano with dad” they were special times.
Steve’s love for the music of George Michael started because of his first girlfriend in 1985…she played him ‘Everything She Wants’ and that was it really, he got hold of ‘Fantastic’ the album and played it for days and days…. singing to the sounds of George Michael… From then on it’s been nothing but his music.
Steve’s career as a vocalist has covered many years, working with bands on tour in Louisiana, USA… To Many cover bands including South East England’s great party band Funkle Pie.
Steve has also written and arranged his own album “Sanity” during his time in the USA.
At present Steve performs as George Michael in The George Michael Live Tribute Show performing all the hits of Wham and George Michael..
Steve says “George is a legend and a genius, and I’m very proud to be honouring him in all his music”

Deposits & Cancellations
All bookings require full payment to secure your booking. Deposits per person will be forfeited should you decide to cancel your booking or party members fail to attend. Should a customer choose either to cancel in advance or not attend, regardless of the reason, it is the Royal Hotel’s policy that the deposit or full payment is not refunded. Also, a customer deposit cannot be transferred to offset part of another customer’s bill.
